Recruiter - US Staffing

Compensation : DOE/Month

Work Hours: 8:00AM PST to 5PM PST (1 hour lunch break). Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Should have prior work experience working in a US Staffing (IT and Non IT) environment.

US shift so this work cannot be worked during morning so please do not apply if you are looking for morning job.

Excellent English communication skills must.

Social media recruitment.

Should have knowledge on ATS.

Will be reporting directly to the US office.

Would require to have a good workstation and uninterrupted internet connectivity.

Duties:

Source Resumes for the allotted requirements from Linkedin and other social media platforms.

Make 80 to 100 calls of the sourced resumes.

Connect and interview a minimum of 20 to 30 consultants.

2-3 submissions/ day.

1 interview/ week.

1 interview/ week.

All sourced resumes need to be uploaded into ATS and tagged to the associated jobs.
